FIND THE RIGHT LOCK TYPE FOR YOUR DESIGN EASILY WITH OUR LOCK GUIDE
Choosing the right lock for an application, door or hatch can be tricky. In our lock guide, we go through the lock's various properties, area of use and describe the lock's functions and which lock type fits which industrial hatch based on mechanics, materials and industry standards.
Common considerations before choosing the right lock
Which IP rating? Why a Bluetooth lock instead of a traditional key? Should the lock have several locking points? Does the lock need to be waterproof? Should the lock withstand the outdoor climate? We guide you to the right lock.
We have a large selection of quarter turns or Dzus® locks that many call them. This is a fast and cost -effective locking system that ensures the same compression every time you use it. Quarter-turn fasteners is well suited in gaps that open frequently and where there is vibration. A good alternative where you do not have to think about a key as the whole system is integrated into the door. Dzus® Quarter turns are available in several variants and meets the Machine Directive. Our most common models are: Panex, Dart, Lion, Pilot, Tech Line, New Latch and Arrow.
Quick lock has a simple maneuver where you can choose between turning/locking with tools or just with your fingers.
The electrical locks enable the transition from mechanical to electrical lock. The locks provide increased security with access control so that you can monitor who had access in, for example, technology cabinets via a code,
Bluetooth or rfid card. The electrical locks have a versatile variation in design for both industrial doors to smaller gaps or for confined spaces in 5G connected cities such as payment station or in data centers.
Gives users full monitoring on who opened and closed a door. The lock can be combined with one or more lock units and can be integrated into the existing lock system, adapted to the application. These locks are vandal -proof because the lock can be installed hidden which makes it more difficult to break in.
Compression latches are suitable where there are vibration and meets IP/NEMA Classings. It is possible to adjust the compression latch to create seal and pressure adapted to the material's thickness of the application. This kind of Latch provides compression at low torque and is available with adjustable or firm grip for different grip areas.
The compression of the latch counteracts vibration sounds and junk. Compresses Sealing strips in the door and product to keep tight from dust and water. This latch is easy to install and mount externally on the door. Available in acid -resistant steel that fits in the medicine industry for environments where dirt must not be gathered for hygiene. There is a model with a LED that indicates whether the door has been opened and materials are consumed.

Cam latches are suitable for gaps that open frequently and can be opened with tools or with a swing trading latch. If you do not need compression latches, a cam latch can be a simpler lock option.
Cam latches can handle regular openings of the door. They keep the door closed so that involuntary opening of the door does not take place. It is easy to install and the installation is done externally on the door.

Swinghandle & multipoint systems
A Spanjolett is a locking stick that prevents doors and gaps from opening inadvertently. Spanjolett latches has several locking points that are linked to handles, cables and lock houses for a complete system. Multipoint systems is available as integrated systems both as mechanical and electrical design.
Robust latches that gives high Vandal safety with several locking points. Spanjolett solution in locking unit provides increased security.

Our push-to-close latches are suitable for heavier industrial doors with high impact. The latches are also available as small lock cylinders in a simpler design for smaller gaps. For example, Push-to-Close fits the locks
for supplement to trucks, smaller gaps or in mobile power plants. The "Slam-Latch" function means that you shoot the door/box for automatic locking. When you close the door, the latch goes back to locked position. Available for both hidden and visible mounting in the materials stainless, zinc and plastic.
Push-to-Close latches are suitable for boxes, hoods and gaps, for example in boats, vehicles and machines. The lock is opened by dragging, twisting, shooting or pressing the lock and closing by hitting/pressing again.

With a Draw Latch, you can easily pull panels and doors together securely with the lock's eccentric function. There are variants in rubber for a more flexible option that absorbs vibration.
Draw Latches has a leverage that creates eccentric function. The eccentric function in the locking mechanism prevents accidental opening takes place.
